You get 3 free analyses with no credit card required. After that you can choose between a one-off credit or a monthly plan.

Is it safe? Where does my data go?

The AI key never leaves the server — it lives exclusively in our Edge Function. The listing content is sent to the API for analysis and is treated as data, never as executable instructions.

Which property portals does it support?

Idealista for now. We are working on adding more portals soon.

Which browsers support the extension?

The extension works in Chrome and all Chromium-based browsers: Edge, Brave, and Opera.

Is this an official valuation?

No — it is guidance only. It compares the listing's price per m² against public neighbourhood reference prices (INCASOL / Generalitat de Catalunya).
