Flat Radar BCN helps you assess Barcelona rental listings. This policy explains what we process and why. We keep it short and we do not sell your data.
Data we process
Your account email; the listings you choose to analyse (their text, declared details and photo links); and the analyses we produce for you. Payments, if any, are handled by our payment processor; we never see full card details.
How we use it
To run the analysis, show your history, email you the result and operate your account. Listing data is sent to a Google Gemini model to extract details and read the photos; the AI key stays on our systems and is never exposed to the browser.
Who we share it with
Only the third-party services that run the product: hosting and data storage, the AI model, the email sender and the payment processor. They handle data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else. We do not sell or rent your data.
Retention
We keep your analyses and account data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your personal data, except where the law requires us to keep records, such as billing.
The browser extension
The extension reads the listing on the active tab only when you click Analyse, and stores your session token in the browser so you stay signed in. It sends the captured listing and your token to our API; nothing on the page is executed.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
